On Wednesday, 24 February 2021, in the evening at around 19:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Slengių village, on Žaliakelio street near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and a Seat Cordoba. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Volvo (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
