On Saturday, 6 March 2021, in the afternoon at 15:40, in Kaunas, on K. Griniaus street near No. 2B, a Ford Focus hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 5-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Ford (23 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
