On Saturday, 27 March 2021, in the evening at 21:05, in Vilnius, on Architektų street near No. 23, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda Premacy and an Opel Astra-G-CC. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (0.95‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
