On Monday, 29 March 2021, in the evening at around 21:00, in Panevėžys, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Ramygalos street, a car hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of a car (22 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
