On Friday, 2 April 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kelmės district municipality, on Vytauto Didžiojo street near No. 51, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Alfa Romeo and a Ford Focus. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
