On Wednesday, 28 April 2021, in the afternoon at 12:38, in Grigiškės, on Kovo 11-osios street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz A 170 CDI and a Ford Galaxy. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.66‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
