On Thursday, 20 May 2021, in the afternoon at 14:40, in Panevėžys, on J. Janonio street, at the junction with Pušaloto street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 Avant and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
