On Monday, 24 May 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kaunas, on Baltijos street near No. 30, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Mazda 6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
