On Tuesday, 25 May 2021, in the evening at 17:19, in Telšių district municipality, on Muziejaus street near No. 28, at the junction with Dariaus ir Girėno street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Temsa and a Volvo S40. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Temsa (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
