Opel and Mercedes-Benz truck crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Friday, 28 May 2021, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kauno city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 102), a collision occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra Station Wagon and a Mercedes-Benz. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Opel (33 years of driving experience). Both drivers were sober.
