On Tuesday, 1 June 2021, in the morning at 7:31, in Vilnius, on Nemenčinės pl., at the junction with Balžio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz, a Porsche Cayenne, a Subaru Forester, a Ford and a Subaru Legacy Outback. Two people were injured — a 16-year-old passenger of the Porsche (hospitalized) and a 24-year-old passenger of the Porsche (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (3 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
