On Saturday, 12 June 2021, in the evening at 20:30, in Širvintų district municipality, on Plento street near No. 19, at the junction with Musninkų street, a Seat Alhambra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 80-year-old driver of the Seat (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
