On Monday, 14 June 2021, in the evening at 20:57, in Telšių district municipality, on the Užventis–Varniai national road (kilometre 19.80), an Opel Corsa ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.16‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
