On Tuesday, 15 June 2021, at night at 2:15, in Palanga, on Vytauto street near No. 98, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V40 and a Volkswagen LT 35. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed.
