On Tuesday, 15 June 2021, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Šilalės district municipality, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 6, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Peugeot (29 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She was drunk (1.97‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
