On Friday, 18 June 2021, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Vilnius, on Balžio street, at the junction with Pušų street, a vehicle ran off the road. One person was injured — the 51-year-old driver of a Piaggio (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
