On Monday, 19 July 2021, in the afternoon at 15:16, in Utenos district municipality, Juškėnų village, on Uolos street, at the junction with Santarvės street, a Polaris Sportsman 500 registered in Latvia rolled over. One person was injured — the 16-year-old driver of the Polaris (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Polaris (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
