On Saturday, 4 September 2021, in the evening at 20:40, in Šiauliai, on Serbentų street, at the junction with Pramonės street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 206, a Renault Megane and a Mercedes-Benz. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Peugeot (less than a year of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He had no driving licence. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
