On Saturday, 4 September 2021, at night at around 23:00, in Šiauliai, on Karaliaučiaus street, at the junction with Gegužių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Laguna and a Renault Espace. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Renault Laguna, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
