On Sunday, 12 September 2021, at night at 4:04, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Pangesų village, on Kopų street near No. 6, a Mercedes-Benz E320 registered in Great Britain hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
