On Saturday, 25 September 2021, in the afternoon at 13:20, in Jurbarko district municipality, Viešvilės town, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 113), a BMW ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
