On Monday, 27 September 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Vilnius, on Žaliųjų Ežerų street, at the junction with Gulbinėlių street, a Lexus GS 350 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Lexus (13 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.21‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
