On Tuesday, 12 October 2021, in the afternoon at 12:30, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Tytuvėnai–Pakapė–Šiauliai regional road (kilometre 1.13), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Seat Toledo and a Volkswagen Polo. Two people were injured — the 21-year-old driver of the Seat (treated as an outpatient) and the 60-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (treated as an outpatient).
