On Wednesday, 13 October 2021, in the evening at 17:44, in Klaipėda, on Vilniaus pl., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Master, an Audi A4, a Volvo S40, a Suzuki Swift and an Audi A6. Two people were injured — the 67-year-old driver of the Audi A4 (treated as an outpatient) and the 34-year-old driver of the Audi A6 (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Renault (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
