On Sunday, 17 October 2021, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr., at the junction with Prietilčio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Opel Meriva and a Skoda Octavia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Opel (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
