On Saturday, 23 October 2021, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Trakų district municipality, on Gedimino street near No. 9A, a Renault Twingo hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Renault (23 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
