On Wednesday, 27 October 2021, in the afternoon at 15:15, in Trakų district municipality, on Trakų street, at the junction with Paluknės street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Renault Laguna. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the BMW (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
