On Friday, 12 November 2021, in the afternoon at 13:56, in Šiauliai, on Žemaitės street, at the junction with Vytauto street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo and an Iveco. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Volvo (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
