Hit-and-run driver in crash with Scania truck on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis road
On Wednesday, 17 November 2021, in the morning at around 8:00, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis main road (kilometre 10.60), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Scania registered in Latvia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance.
