On Wednesday, 24 November 2021, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Alytus, on Jotvingių street near No. 10B, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Volvo (19 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
