BMW and Isuzu bus crash on the Naujoji Vilnia–Rudamina–Paneriai road
On Wednesday, 8 December 2021, in the afternoon at 12:42, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Naujoji Vilnia–Rudamina–Paneriai national road (kilometre 4), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 530 D and an Isuzu. Two people were injured — the 33-year-old driver of the BMW (hospitalized) and the 67-year-old driver of the Isuzu (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the BMW (2 years of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. Both drivers were sober.
