On Saturday, 11 December 2021, in the evening at 20:31, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 159A, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D and a car. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (4 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, there was fog, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
