Drunk BMW driver in crash with Audi at Laisvės pr. and Pašilaičių g., Vilnius
On Sunday, 26 December 2021, in the evening at 21:09, in Vilnius, on Laisvės pr., at the junction with Pašilaičių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 523 and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.27‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
