On Thursday, 20 January 2022, in the afternoon at 16:53, in Trakų district municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 57, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Caravelle and a Volvo XC90. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
