On Friday, 28 January 2022, in the evening at around 22:00, in Šiauliai, on Dainų street near No. 74, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Meriva - A and a Volkswagen CC. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Opel (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
