On Friday, 11 February 2022, in the evening at 22:14, in Panevėžys, on Aldonos street, at the junction with Katedros a., a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Nissan X-Trail and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Nissan (20 years of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
