On Monday, 28 February 2022, in the evening at 19:30, in Vilnius, on Raitininkų street near No. 4, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo XC90 and a Skoda Superb. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Volvo (30 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
