On Sunday, 6 March 2022, in the afternoon at 15:44, in Vilnius, on Medeinos street near No. 8, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz CLS 320 CDI and a Fiat Ducato. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who failed to keep a safe distance. She had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
