On Saturday, 7 May 2022, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Vilnius, on Vido Maciulevičiaus street, at the junction with Loretos Asanavičiūtės street, a Renault Megane Scenic rolled over. One person was injured — the 40-year-old driver of a Harley Davidson (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Renault (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
