On Sunday, 8 May 2022, in the morning at around 5:00, in Trakų district municipality, on the Aukštadvaris–Vaickūniškės regional road (kilometre 2.50), a Saab 9-3 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Saab, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 40 km/h.
