Volkswagen and two other vehicles crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Saturday, 14 May 2022, at night at 0:05, in Kauno district municipality, Sausinės village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 111.77), a Volkswagen Caddy Life hit an obstacle. One person was injured — the 22-year-old driver of a car (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (10 years of driving experience), who violated cargo-transport rules. Both drivers were sober.
