On Saturday, 14 May 2022, at night at 23:16, in Šiaulių district municipality, Sutkūnų village, on Aplinkelio street, a Mercedes-Benz Classe E ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.99‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
