On Sunday, 29 May 2022, in the morning at around 10:00, in Klaipėda, on Smiltelės street near No. 27, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Agila and a Ford Fusion. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 89-year-old driver of the Opel (19 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
