On Saturday, 11 June 2022, at night at 3:20, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Antakalnis–Jieznas–Alytus–Merkinė national road (kilometre 4.83), a Seat Alhambra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
