On Thursday, 16 June 2022, in the evening at around 18:00, in Molėtų district municipality, on the Kazokai–Bijutiškis–Dubingiai regional road (kilometre 9.66), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Avensis and a Proab. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 83-year-old driver of the Toyota (59 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober. The 9-year-old driver of the Proab had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
