On Wednesday, 22 June 2022, at night at 0:04, in Vilniaus city municipality, on the Vilnius–Prienai–Marijampolė main road (kilometre 19.60), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V50 and a Skoda Roomster. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Volvo (15 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
