On Wednesday, 22 June 2022, in the evening at 21:15, in Tauragės district municipality, on Turgaus a. near No. 16, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Citroen. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
