On Sunday, 17 July 2022, in the evening at around 20:00, in Panevėžys, on Aido street, at the junction with Švyturio street, a Skoda Octavia hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 6-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 6-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc..
