On Saturday, 24 September 2022, in the evening at 19:09, in Vilnius, on S. Konarskio street near No. 34A, a e-scooter hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 5-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of a e-scooter, who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
