On Saturday, 12 November 2022, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Linkuvos street near No. 66, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Polo, a Volkswagen Jetta and an Audi Q7. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Polo (28 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. The 29-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Jetta was drunk (1.43‰) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, there was freezing rain, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
